Our family loves to visit Mackinaw City and Mackinaw Island each summer. It is one of our favorite vacation spots. In July, we took a trip up north but the weather brought us home early before visiting the island. This past Monday, we decided to try again!!! It was worth the wait - PERFECT weather - low 70's - not a cloud in the sky when we went to the island. The lake was the most beautiful blue and the breeze was peaceful and relaxing.
